Workshop – Research as Innovation

This workshop training was prepared for professors from the Ross University School of Medicine who are starting their research in medical education settings.
In this Academic training the core topics were:

  • Identifying Research Paradigms.
  • Examining the impact of simple, complicated and complex problems in medical education settings.
  • Implications for research (Framing and Reframing research questions/ rigor and validity / methodological coherence).
  • Future-forming research: how to foster creativity and innovation through research in education?

The event was organized by Medical Education Research & Scholarship and Faculty Development at the Academy for Teaching and Learning.
