More than ever the world needs a relational approach!
I have published at the The Taos institute Newsletter some ideas connecting the concepts of Social Constructionism with our challenging times. Dialogue and relationality are fundamental pillars in this approach and can be applied to learning communities as a way to create collaboration, learning and action. I share my ideas by bringing an illustration of a learning community I work with.
