Soft Technologies – collaborative methodologies for organizational learning processes & resources for engagement
I like to call myself the co-creative catalyst, meaning that I design conversations and experiences to ignite people and catalyze social innovation.
In the face of wicked social problems, creativity and innovation are required to change perspective and shift culture.
As a co-creative person, I design environments and facilitate conversations that can bring together ideas and perspectives that seem paradoxical, that were not previously thought of together, thereby generating novelty. I invest in what is called “collective creativity,” a collective approach to creativity in which people can exercise their creative thinking together and come up with innovative ideas.
Implication for organizations and communities: If we look at organizations/communities not as entities (i.e., as physical places with facilities, filled with people and their roles and tasks) but rather as networks of people in conversation (that is, a place in which the way they perceive themselves and their roles and teams will directly affect and create the reality of the place), then change and transformation is intertwined with coordinated conversations. As a co-creative catalyst, I facilitate such conversations for change.
